Ulrika Hasselgren is a sustainable investment executive with 20 years of professional experience in the investment industry. Since February 2018, she is a member of Danske Bank Wealth Management Leadership Team and Global Head of Sustainability & Impact Investment. She leads the work of sustainability, ESG integration and active ownership across Danske Bank’s investment processes, products, and advisory for clients across the Nordic region. Previously, she was Global Head of RI strategy and ESG integration and member of the Leadership Team at Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS), after ISS had acquired Ethix SRI Advisors, which Ulrika co-founded in 1999. She has since worked closely with asset owners and managers, advising on sustainability policy and investment strategies. Prior, she spent 3 years with Solving-Bohlin & Stromberg and 12 years with McKinsey & Company. Hasselgren has been a guest lecturer on Sustainable Investment and Business Ethics at Stockholm University School of Business 2002-2017, board member of Eurosif 2010-1016, founding board member of Dansif 2008, chair of The Luxembourg Fund Labelling Agency (LuxFLAG) ESG Label Eligibility Committee 2014-2017, and is a frequent speaker at international business and investment conferences.
