About Maala’s Conference
Maala’s annual conference is the primary arena for discussion of corporate social responsibility and the impact of business on society in Israel.
The conference draws hundreds of participants, representing the various sectors of Israeli society. The event’s sessions and panel discussions facilitate important dialogue between senior government officials, representatives of the nonprofit sector and business leaders, including the CEOs of some of Israel’s largest corporations and major banks.
This conversation, which continues in a variety of forms throughout the year, is designed to bolster efforts to address some of Israeli society’s most urgent challenges, while serving as a platform for in-depth consideration of how business can help advance these goals.
This year, “Israeli CSR experience” will be held on November 30th – December 1st, 2016 in Tel Aviv. For the first time, the annual conference will include international participants and speakers.
This unique global gathering will highlight corporate responsibility that is innovative, lean, and keeps social capital at its core. The conference will draw most of Israel’s leading corporations, and will be held in cooperation with the Israeli Ministry of Economy & Industry.
The conference will explore the strengths of the Israeli economy vis-a-vis its innovative approach to the integration of social and environmental solutions.

Maala’s annual conference is the leading focal point and arena for reviewing and discussing CSR in Israel. The conference draws a wide, committed audience of about 500 participants; Business leaders, government officials and NGOs. Past conferences were addressed by the President of the State of Israel, the Prime Minister of Israel, public officials as well as leading global business.
